Biography[edit | edit source]
Elora wrote her first novel, The Secrets of the Chocolate Factory, at the age of 19. She attended CPU, where she met her future husband, James Gryffin. The two were soon married and had two daughters, Skye and Taylor. Her career was put on hold for the next 17 years, as she spent all of her time raising her children.
After her husband's death, she resumed writing, and has since published three books, The Joy of Cookies, Chocolate and the Charlie Factory, which is rumoured to have been the inspiration for the hit series The Crack Made Me Do It, and the children's book, Merry Walrus' Holiday Surprise.
