G Billy (aka George William) is one of the PSA's secret agents. Hardly any penguins know that he is part of the secret agency. He is also the ex-boyfriend of Claire, whom he broke up with because she was physically abusive.
Most of the time, he is either practicing his drums or rocking at a concert with his bandmates. But after the tragic death of Franky, the band disbanded, but the three remaining members still play their instruments on their own. He was the drummer of the band. He, Petey K, and Stompin' Bob became depressed, so Claire tries to cheer up her boyfriend and his two friends.
Beginning in 2018, G began protesting about climate change, leading school strikes and giving talks.
On the 12th of March 2019, G came out as lisbon[1].
He attended Sherbert's Birth.
A while after his break-up from Claire, G finally found himself comfortable to begin dating again. He created a profile on Pengur, a dating app, and went on several blind dates with many such as Sherbert D. Bear, None and Scorn the Dragon King. Eventually, he found who he believes to be his soulmate in Mae. The two bonded over their love for music and G quickly adored Simon, Mae's dog puffle. They currently live in Icely together and live off of Mae's bell business.
