RPF

The RPF stands for Rebel Penguin Force. These penguins rebel against the EPF and The PSA. They also enjoy robbing the gift shop and pizza parlor for some odd reason.

• Contrary to popular belief, RPF doesn't stand for Robber Penguin Force.
  • Even some agents aren't certain of the name of their agency.
• Even the RPF agents aren't sure what it is they're rebelling against.
  • This proves that the RPF aren't very powerful, as most of it's agents seem to be very confused about what it is that they're doing most of the time.
• Herbert P. Bear and Tusk have been known to have teamed up with them for the time being.
• The S.A.S.S. have also been known to have joined forces with them.

• Uncle Arctic: Aunt Arctic's former husband. Currently looking to get revenge on Aunt Arctic since she abandoned him for Sensei.
• Perry the Pizza Guy: Gary the Gadget Guy's cousin. Currently working at the pizza parlor.
• Hubert P. Enguin. Herbert's penguin identity.
• Jedi: An evil ninja who is also Agent Blue Jay's son.
• Lydia: The director of the RPF.
• Budder Ninja: A former student of Sensei. However he became evil after Sensei refused to practice Card Jitsu Butter.
• Britnay: An impersonator of Agent Blue Jay.

• Agent Pokodot (RPF thinks he is working for him, but he's actually a spy.)
