RPF

The RPF stands for Rebel Penguin Force. These penguins rebel against the EPF and the PSA. They also enjoy robbing the gift shop and pizza parlor for some odd reason.

Threat Level

Many creatures that have heard of the RPF have only heard its initials being spoken. This leads many of them to assume the name of the agency is the Robber Penguin Force. Some of the RPF's newer agents still make this mistake. Very few of the RPF agents actually know what they are rebelling against. This often confuses many of the agents about what they are doing most of the time, greatly decreasing their strength, thus lowering how much of a threat they are. When they team up with others such as Herbert, Tusk, or SASS, they become a much greater threat.

• Lydia: The director of the RPF.
• Uncle Arctic: Aunt Arctic's former husband. Currently looking to get revenge on Aunt Arctic since she abandoned him for Sensei.
• Perry the Pizza Guy: Gary the Gadget Guy's cousin. Currently working at the pizza parlor.
• Hubert P. Enguin: Herbert's penguin identity.
• Jedi: An evil ninja who is also Agent Blue Jay's son.
• Budder Ninja: A former student of Sensei. However he became evil after Sensei refused to practice Card Jitsu Butter.
• Britnay: An impersonator of Agent Blue Jay.
• Brady: An idiotic surfer working under Herbert P. Bear to kill Kenzie.
• Vove: A duck from Club Ducky.
• Omega Zero: A counterpart to Zero discovered by Herbert.

• They are unrelated to the Club Penguin Army of the same name.
